Be Part of Something Bigger
We’re The Chamber of Us (TCUS)—a nonprofit built on the idea that real change starts small, scales fast, and comes from everywhere. Inspired by The World in 2050 (TWI2050) research, we know a sustainable future depends on transformation at all levels—from local communities to global systems. That includes the ways we work, collaborate, and contribute.
You have talent, heart, and time? You’re in!
If you’ve ever thought, “I want to use my skills for something that matters” — you’re in the right place.
This isn’t volunteering in the traditional sense. It’s being part of a flexible, remote-first crew working on real projects with real-world stakes.
What kind of help do we need?
Researchers & Analysts – Explore global trends, map out challenges, and help us make sense of what the world actually needs.
Social Media Communicators – Help us share updates, explain ideas clearly, and grow our reach on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond.
Developers & Technical Builders – Write code, sketch systems, and build digital infrastructure for our projects.
AI & Data Contributors – Prototype intelligent tools, create visualizations, run experiments, and help bring our AI ecosystem to life.
Project Managers & Organizers – Keep work moving, structure information, improve documentation, and help the team stay focused as we grow.
Generalists with Range – Jump in where needed, help across teams, connect the dots. If you’re flexible and curious, you’ll fit right in.
This is for people anywhere, with any background.
We’re looking for people with all kinds of experience — academic, professional, unconventional, or self-taught. Whether you’ve worked in policy, studied AI, built websites, managed teams, or just love figuring things out—there’s likely a role here for you.
Some of what we’re building looks like designing AI tools. Some of it looks like analyzing health data, writing research briefs, building internal systems, visualizing complex ideas, or creating better ways to onboard the next wave of volunteers.
